As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, U.S. Biathlon relies on the strength of its donor community, which supports nearly 20% of the organization’s annual budget. Building on the momentum of the last quad, we are doubling down and increasing our investment in grassroots growth, athlete pipeline development, and sustained competitive excellence on the world stage. Guided by our core values of respect, grit, and growth mindset, we are scaling our activities and expanding our efforts with the goal of reaching the Olympic podium in 2030 and helping Team USA lead the medal count in 2034. Thank you for being an essential part of the U.S. Biathlon family and for helping drive the future of our sport forward.

  • Coaching Development

U.S. Biathlon’s coaching development programs are helping build the next generation of leaders in the sport. Through initiatives like the Women’s Coaching Initiative and Shadow Coaching Program, aspiring coaches gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and education opportunities aimed at addressing the shortage of coaches in the U.S., particularly female coaches.
