U.S. Biathlon was well represented in Frassinoro, Italy, with 9 National Team athletes competing at the 2025 Frassinoro Biathlon Festival on June 28. A well-timed event for the team as it fell the weekend before they headed to Livigno, Italy to begin the annual three-week Europe altitude camp.

The race day consisted of qualifiers, semi-final races, and the top 5 athletes from each gender moving on to the finals. Campbell Wright stood atop the podium on the men's side, besting World Cup competitors Jakov Fak and Tommaso Giacomel, who placed 2nd and 3rd overall. Jake Brown qualified for the finals and landed 5th overall. Bjorn Westervelt finished 10th, Paul Schommer in 14th, and Vincent Bonacci in 15th.

On the women’s side, both Deedra Irwin and Lucinda Anderson qualified for the semi final races, but just missed out on the finals, landing 6th and 7th overall, respectively. Kelsey Dickinson finished 12th overall and Grace Castonguay in 13th.
