Chloe Levins (Rutland, VT/Mansfield Nordic Pro) closed out her season with a World Cup personal best 42nd place finish in the women’s 10km pursuit at Holmenkollen. Delivering a composed performance on the range, Levins shot an impressive 19 for 20 and climbed six positions from bib 48. Despite taking a fall early in the race, she regrouped quickly and powered through the field to secure the personal best result.

Margie Freed (Apple Valley, MN/Craftsbury Green Racing Project) continued her strong run of form, adding another top 30 finish with 28th place in the pursuit. Deedra Irwin (Pulaski, WI/Army World Class Athlete Program) finished 36th, collecting her final World Cup points of the season and securing a career best 29th place in the overall World Cup standings with 229 points.

Later in the day, the U.S. men took on the 12.5km pursuit. Campbell Wright (Wanaka, NZL/Waiorau Nordic Skiing) shot 18 for 20 to finish 13th, continuing his consistent presence as one of the top athletes in the world. Maxime Germain (Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, FRA) moved up six places from bib 53 to finish 47th, despite three misses on the range. Germain wrapped up the season ranked 42nd overall with 116 points, also a career-best World Cup ranking. Paul Schommer (Appleton, WI/Team Birkie/Ariens Nordic Center) concluded his biathlon career with a 53rd place finish in the pursuit, ranked 78th in the World Cup.
