About

Noor was born in Livingston, Montana, USA, but has spent very little of her life in the United States. She moved with her parents to rural Morocco at the age of four and later to France when she was seven. During her first winter in France, she began Nordic skiing and racing with the Chamonix Mont-Blanc Club. At age twelve, she started laser biathlon, and by fourteen she had her first experience shooting a .22-caliber rifle. Excelling in both Nordic skiing and biathlon, she was selected in 2024 to represent the Comité Mont Blanc team in both disciplines. She soon chose to focus on biathlon after realizing it meant she would never have to race classic again. Outside of biathlon, Noor enjoys reading novels, drawing and painting, and napping with her cat, Atlas.
