U.S. Masters See Success at 2026 Masters International Championships

Twelve U.S. Masters athletes competed in the 2026 Biathlon Masters International Championships March 16-22, 2026, joining competitors from around the world to compete at the World Cup venue in Kontiolahti, FIN.


Several U.S. athletes delivered standout performances across multiple race formats. Most notably, Marc Sheppard dominated the M55–59 category, capturing three gold medals, Elizabeth Pike earned one silver and two bronze medals in the W55–59 category, Mark Schwab raced to silver in the Men’s 50-55 Sprint, and Meredith Carpenter secured one gold and two silver medals in the W35–39 category.
