Rowan is from Fort Kent, a small northern Maine town just on the border of Canada, known for its strong skiing culture. She has been skiing and competing in biathlon for over six years now. Rowan draws inspiration from her two older sisters, one of whom also races biathlon and helped spark her passion for the sport. Now a first‑year student at Paul Smith’s College in the Adirondacks, Rowan is studying wildlife biology while continuing to train and compete. She loves being outdoors, is known for being chatty out on the trails, and never turns down a good pump‑up playlist before a race.

Outside of biathlon, she enjoys painting and drawing, cooking meals for people, going canoeing, and fly fishing.
