Twelve Athlete to Race at Open European Championships in Slovakia

Midway, UT – The United States Biathlon Association announced today the twelve athletes that will represent Team USA at the 2024 Open European Championships in Brezno-Osrblie, Slovakia slated for January 24-28, 2024.

“Osrblie was actually my first European trip back in 2019, and this will be my third time back,” said Bonacci. “It’s a super cool venue that the Americans have all raced before and liked, hopefully we can capitalize on and get some valuable Nations Cup points.” 

Open European Championship racing kicks off tomorrow with the men’s 20km individual beginning at 4:30 ET/10:30 CET, followed by the women’s 15km individual at 8:30 ET/2:30 CET.   For information on how to watch, visit usbiathlon.org/how-to-watch.
